The products of QUIMIBERICA, S.A. are covered by a legal guarantee (Ley de Garantías) against the lack of conformity by virtue of the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios – Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, of November 16) always if the storage conditions specified in the technical sheets of the products are met.
The technical sheets will also specify the duration of said product warranty.
